Information we use and why

We may also receive business contact information from public sources for relevant outreach. We use it to make an appropriate business contact and respect objections to further contact.
Cookies and your choice
We use browser local storage to remember whether you accepted or rejected Google Ads measurement. The Google Ads tag (ID AW-18381529565) loads only after you accept. It may then use cookies or similar technologies, including first-party advertising measurement cookies, and send information to Google. The site does not install a separate Google Analytics 4 tag.
You can reject the tag on the banner or reopen at any time to change your choice. If you withdraw consent, the site disables the tag and attempts to remove its first-party measurement cookies. You can also clear cookies in your browser. Your saved choice applies to this browser and website origin.
Essential server-side operation and security logs do not depend on this choice. Links to Google Calendar open Google's service only when you choose to follow them; Google's own privacy terms then apply.
Who receives information
Krystal processes website server logs for us. Google receives data from the Ads tag only after you opt in. If you use a Google Calendar booking link, information you provide there is also handled by Google. Client service providers and subprocessors are identified in the relevant client agreement before client data is transferred. We do not sell personal information.
Google may process information outside the UK. Contact us for details of the transfer arrangements that apply to our use of Google services. You can read Google's privacy policy for its own processing.
How long we keep information
Enquiry correspondence is normally kept for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is needed for an active relationship or a claim. Server log retention follows Krystal's operational schedule. Service data is retained for the period agreed with each client; financial records are kept for the period required by law. Your cookie choice remains in local storage until you change it or clear your browser data.
Your rights
Depending on the purpose and lawful basis, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to processing, or receive data in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To make a request or object to direct marketing, email contact@go-local.ai. We will respond in line with applicable data protection law.
If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

We will update the date on this page when this notice changes materially.
